Soz I was too busy to write a mailing list for three months!
GOLF CART ONE
In news that sounds like something between a prank and a half-remembered dream, George Lucas commissioned to me to create a life-sized, cast-aluminium, militarised, presidential golf-cart for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art which opened last month in Los Angeles, based on the Golf Cart One 1:12 scale model I made back in 2017.
More photos of this new big version on my website!
It is a museum filled with some of my favourite artists, from Chris Ware to Maxfield Parrish, and the golf cart sits upstairs in the murals section next to a line of Banksy’s and around the corner from a recreation of the massive Diego Rivera mural that was commissioned, and then immediately destroyed, by Nelson Rockefeller. This is an absolutely insane context for my work be dropped into and I’m very grateful to the people who thought this should happen and to everyone who helped make it happen.
This was obviously already an incredibly surreal experience which I’m still processing, made more so by the opening night when I found myself standing next to Vin Diesel, so I asked if he’d like to see the golf cart, which he did, and then immediately pulled his phone out and started making a video about it. I’ll update my blog post with some more photos from the opening shortly.

GOOGLE AND THE GENOCIDE
In 2021 Google signed a $1.2 billion cloud computing contract with the Israeli government, Project Nimbus.
In 2024 they sacked 50 employees for protesting the contract over concerns company technology was being used to target Palestinians for murder by the IDF. The Washington Post reported that as the IDF began to obliterate Gaza they requested, and were granted, increased access to the Google AI service Vertex to assist planning and executing the genocide.
It is reminiscent of the way IBM sold its services to the Nazis during the Holocaust. Loaning, maintaining and programming Hollerith tabulating machines which allowed the Nazis to target and administrate the genocide. I made a poster about this in 2019.
HELP THE AGED
Had some road signs made to reflect the new average age of UK terror suspects under this Labour government.
Massive respect and support to Defend Our Juries and everyone who has been putting their bodies on the line to oppose this draconian and absurd policy.
This is also on display in Belfast until the end of October at Time of the Signs group exhibition.
NEW MERCH
Got some new bits and pieces in my shop, including some Hell/ACAB/Toilet fridge magnets and a new ACAB keyring and some new velcro patches.
I also recently got these holographic Orca Anti-Billionaire Action stickers made up.
I was also supposed to have another new sticker about the state of Britain’s waterways thanks to decades of neoliberalism, as you can see here, but it was cut wrong by the sticker machine so I’m putting one in free with every order from my shop until they run out.
MUSEUM OF HOMELESSNESS
CRIMINAL at the Museum of Homelessness closes at the end of this month so you only have a couple more weekends to see it!
Above is one of the poster/dioramas I made for the museum, but I have five pieces in there altogether, four of them new work.
PATREON ZINE + BINDER
Thanks to everyone who supports my work via Patreon and who ordered one of these binders to collect around 10+ years of the annual recap zine which I send out to my Patreon subscribers.
Each binder is signed and numbered. AND they’re lovely.
You can also subscribe to my Patreon here and receive all the previous year’s zines to go in the binder. I also have a new tier where the binder is included in a year’s subscription.
